Zero stars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They laft me hanging with a useless bathroom for two months before I had to call them, only to find out that i would have to redo my entire bathroom. A very expensive project that is nearly impossible for me to do. They do not care about people, only money. This company is untrustworthy and uncaring. Totally useless and two-faced. As a woman, I'm always feel like I'm getting ripped off with home improvement stuff because it isn't my area of expertise and I don't know what I'm paying for. E&M makes me very comfortable with their pricing with their straight forward pricing book. They have been to my home many times (repair and for some remodeling) and I've been very satisfied with their work. They make sure everything is done right. Nice people.
