I moved into my new condo three years ago. The second winter that I was there I was having trouble with my furnace. The warranty company sent out a company who had no idea what was wrong. They then sent out a second and third contractor. Not one of them could figure out the problem. Finally, Alex from E & M HVAC came out. He didn't leave until he had figured out what was going on , fixed the problem and I never had another problem with my furnace. I was so satisfied that I just had them replace my AC! i called to get my heater fix and he came out the next day and provided me with the best information, so i got a new furnace and the finish product look great. He was very polite, extremely informative and very proffessional!!!
