I have called this company multiple times since installing a new furnace and AC unit and they did not return my call. Now I need to have a repair made to the AC unit I put in less than 3 years ago. Same. Thing. They still aren't returning our calls. Out of utter and complete frustration, I ended up contacting the manufacturer directly to see if I can get another company to come out to do the warranty work. I definitely do not suggest using this company.
