Not much friendliness there.
The aerosol paint was not in stock so they looked up the code and mixed while I waited. Super people and service
Went to Charlottesville E&M to see Matt on having paint done for a truck. He sold me house of colors paint that was four shades, the wrong color and had too much metallic. It was not even house of colors paint When I ask him about what he could do about it he just smirked/grinned and said you should’ve come to me earlier, and I asked him if there was anything he could do as far as a refund he’s all I can make you more paint.
