We had our first visit with Dr Prieto. His staff was friendly and made me and my husband feel welcomed. We were seen promptly and did not feel rushed. Dr Prieto was excellent. He was so easy to talk to and made me feel heard. I will recommend his practice to anyone looking for a new PCP.
Looking for a Sebastian Dr. very disappointed to find out even though he is affiliated with Orlando Health they do not participate in the portal system. It’s 2025 all doctors should have a portal that you can contact them
Very disappointed in customer service. I recently attempted to schedule a doctor's visit with Dr. Prieto, as a new customer. I went on their website and filled out the required forms, and requested an appointment. That was on a Thursday. On friday, I attempted to call the office, to speak to somebody on the phone, to confirm they received my request and to confirm an appointment time.
