Very disappointed in customer service. I recently attempted to schedule a doctor's visit with Dr. Prieto, as a new customer. I went on their website and filled out the required forms, and requested an appointment. That was on a Thursday. On friday, I attempted to call the office, to speak to somebody on the phone, to confirm they received my request and to confirm an appointment time. Best Dr i ever had in 70 years
Love this office. Dr. Prieto and his staff are all great, I receive great care here and he has been able to improve my labs & general health over the last few years. I am hoping to get my Husband established soon. 5*
OFICE STAFF SUCKS!!!!! VERY RUDE AND HAVE NOT SUBMITTED MY REFERRALS SINCE DECEMBER EVEN THOUGH I HAVE GONE THERE AND APPROACHED THE SUBJECT. NEXT STEP...CONTACT THE HEAD DOCTOR.
