I moved into my house with 4 dogs. When my local AC vendor came out they suggested I upgrade my system to include a super containment system - the CAP100. After understanding the benefits, I agreed. A 1" regular filter to catch the big stuff like hair and a massive 5" wide filter to catch all the dust/dander from the dogs. I saw a big improvement. Called them to repair a furnace and it took nearly 2 hours to diagnose. They did the repair, but I feel like it could have been done faster. 2 hours is not cheap when paying $80 an hour.
