Honest, prompt, efficient!
I was more than pleased with the work Steve & his E&L crew performed for us in Maplewood West! Returned from being away on a Saturday afternoon and found the house very warm and AC off. I checked the breaker panel & found it tripped. Switched it back on & it tripped again in seconds. Knew then I needed a pro. Found E&L card from a previous service & called. Total scam artist. Way over charged me for something that still was not fixed. Then the last time Steve came to my house, about a year ago, he scolded me for putting bleach down my condensate line (what I'v always used in 40+ yrs of home ownership) and insisted I only use vinegar. So, I did. And this past weekend, the drain line clogged with only ALGAE and overflowed all over everywhere! A huge repair bill! The plumber & the contractor & my new a/c guy all said USE BLEACH!
They are fantastic!!!! E&L provides excellent customer service and they stand by their services and the products they sell. Look no further.
Tried installing a wifi thermostat myself and blew out the transformer. Steve with E&L came out promptly, replaced the wiring, transformer and installed the new thermostat for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
