We schedule a consultation for a kitchen remodel and they gave us a 2 hour arrival time. I took off work to stay home and the owner never showed. When we called my husband was told our appointment was never put into the schedule due to their new employee messing up. These things happen but trying to reschedule us for 3 weeks later isn’t right. They truly didn’t seem to care they messed up either.
Recently, we retained E & L Home improvements to undertake a major project involving the exterior of our home in Silver Spring. Work involved a complete power washing of the exterior, replacement of water-damaged sections of the fascia, repainting of all exterior surfaces, complete reconstruction of our front entry steps, replacement of our front entryway door seal, re-setting of our front gutter, and installation of new gutter leaf guards. We hired E&L to remodel a bathroom and they were outstanding. They were courteous, very communicative, professional, and always provided good advice when we weren't sure about decisions. The team always showed up on time and they made sure they cleaned up after every work day. Edit: I need to append my previous review.
