I have been using this contractor for my heating/cooling needs for 17 years. I had a new system installed in 2005 by a different contractor, but they offloaded their HVAC to E & L Heating 3 years later for servicing. My compressor was shot, so they replaced it. I bought a 3 ton unit paired with an air handler or so I thought. They told me that they upgraded my indoor unit to a 3.5 ton unit to better pair with the 3 ton heat pump.
