E & L Diamond just saved my parents over $1,000. A company in Mt. Airy quoted them $1,085 for repairs to a 2-year old Trane HVAC unit. E & L did a second opinion, ran all the diagnostics, provided us with the numbers and found that NO REPAIRS WERE NECESSARY! I can't recommend E&L Diamond enough and will no longer trust anyone else with my parents Heating and Cooling! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Very disappointed with the service from E & L Diamond Electric Cooling & Heating Co. I was charged labor twice on my invoice, including a labor charge for plumbing work that was never completed. The plumbing issue was not fixed at all, yet I was still billed for it. I contacted the company to correct the invoice, but they refused to adjust the duplicate labor charges.
