Tech and his apprentice took 10 hours for a 4 hour job. Smoke breaks every hour. Didn't have their own ladder, used mine. Popped all the drywall nails in my ceiling when they were in the attic installing ceiling fans standing on the ceiling joists, cracked the drywall too and did not tap the nails back in or remud them. Technician spent half his time sitting in his van and smoking. Feel like he was just milking it for as much as he could get. Will not use them again.
