Personable, caring, knowledgeable, and kind. Explain was was happening, why it was happening, and how WE were going to fix it. Zero wait time. The receptionist was kind and worked with my schedule. Overall great experience.
I have been seeing Dr McLaughlin for years and years. Most recent visit was for plantar fasciitis. He is such a caring person and he is a doctor who listens and addresses your concerns. I never feel like I’m on an assembly line. I’m so grateful for him and his lovely office manager who is a peach.
Dr McLaughlin and the office staff were absolutely fabulous. I was seen barely 2 hours after calling the office for a new patient appointment. After having another podiatrist attempt to remove an ingrown toenail without numbing the toe, Dr McLaughlin was very sympathetic to my fear and went out of his way to ensure I didn’t experience any discomfort as he took care of the nail the previous doctor failed with. Dr. McLaughlin is always great. Very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his patients. The rest of the staff is also amazing and helpful.
