Dr. Chang is very meticulous with detail. He’s precise and he has so much knowledge about oral care. He wants the best treatment process for you. If your treatment time is longer than expected, it is worth it to stay in your braces if he recommends so. He’s very caring, friendly, super personable, and is easy to talk to. I was a patient before his move to his new office. Russell Chang was the most expensive orthodontist I interviewed. He dragged out treatment then did not give me copies of requested x-rays for over a year until his office admitted it lost some. At initial consultations, he said I needed braces for health reasons and gave a written bio and oral explanation of his expertise in the relevant medical area. I love Dr.Chang and his staff . they are the greatest around. He is such a great doctor and not to mention the care his gives his patients. His staff is awesome, and they always go beyond to help you out. happy patient
Dr. Chang is overall very pleasant. His office is luxurious, which is why he charges his patients thousands of dollars. His staff is overall friendly and helpful. You are treated well when all is well. However, if you happen to have problems, the friendly spirit dissipates quickly. Overall, I would not recommend this facility unless you have too much money and don't know what to do with it. Personally, I don't want to be paying for the orthodontist's frivolous accomodations! This a wonderful office. I have three children which are in Dr. Chang's care - wouldn't be seen anywhere else!
My son is a patient of Dr. Chang's. He has a really fancy office (which is cool) but rarely ever runs on time. He is a real friendly guy, but his lady doctor assistant is a little rough. I think he is doing a good job, but his office is not worth the price. I can think of a lot better ways to spend 7K.
I have been a patient of Dr. Chang's for over a year. The staff and he are fantastic. Always friendly, and most importantly on time.
