I was forced to give these people 1 star; otherwise, I was unable to rate this company at all. If it was up to me I would give them no stars. If you need an A/C company, please find a different one. I was called at 8:02am, by Judy, which I later found out was on vacation. She hasn’t been in the office and has no idea what's going on. She proceeded to inform me the technician would be out between 12-3pm that day. At 3:20pm I call the company, which will ring for 4 minutes before going to voice mail.
