182 Claremont has an ongoing (years-long and recurrent) bedbug problem that EK Realty does not inform new tenants about. They refuse to deal with the problem in any effective manner and insist on hiring an extremely low-rated extermination service that uses chemical treatments, which only drive the bugs from one unit to another, meaning that the problem recurs regularly every few months.
