Hired them to do some yard work clean up and cutting. They were very unprofessional and didn't show up the first day. They said they were behind a day but did not communicate that to me until after asking their arrival time day of. The next day they were 4 hours late to start the job from his ETA the day before. When we first met Erin, as she was referred to us, she seemed very nice and was able to work with us to give us the best quote for the work to be done. Our patio was completed in a couple days and was nice. Not even a year went by and our patio started to already have issues. Our retaining wall began leaning and one of the pavers started rising to a point where my child cut their foot on it. Erin has been renting my trailer to do her jobs. She was always slow to pay but would pay so that she could use it again. I made the mistake of letting her get behind $1,000 in payments from 3 months ago which she has only paid $500 of in two separate payments after continual calling and messaging. She still owes me $500 and continually promises to pay and then never does. She is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t not keep her word. Let's begin. I want to be fair so this review is only for sitting walls and Patios. They might be good for the landscaping only however I haven't used them for that. The patio quality is poor, the work is full of imperfections. There were some promises to fix it but all are just promises and nothing happen. Also, the owner Erin, just come and go on their on schedule. They change days without notifying. I regret hiring E&J for my patio and firepit. They are not cheap. I originally posted that they did a good job. And, they initially did. However, they were to return to overseed and they never did. I've repeatedly reached out to them. Erin first responded and said they would come out that day or the next. That was 2 months ago. Now, they don't respond to me at all.
