Maintenance issues in 354 Ocean Ave are not addressed, multiple units have recurring bathroom ceiling leaks, security issues in the building means that mail and packages are regularly stolen.

Do not rent in 354 Ocean Ave. Very inconsistent heat in the winter, which they falsely insist is on and deny resident complaints. Maintenance issues are not addressed, multiple units have recurring bathroom ceiling leaks, security issues in the building means that mail and packages are regularly stolen.

I've only been in the city a short time (2 years) and this is the only apartment management company I've had to deal with. Before leasing with them I was just subletting a room in someone else's apartment. This company is very hands off. And neglectful. After reporting a clogged sink and iffy toilet for nearly a year with various non response, my roommate and I hired a plumber and then deducted that cost from our rent for that month.
