Very professional and courteous. Completed work in a timely manner. Great service.
These guys hooked me up when I had a flat tire on Labor Day. Fast service at 4:30pm when no one else could/would help us. Luxury Car - they promised to get me where I needed to go and they did. Not the nicest part of town, but they were nice and seemed trustworthy. I’m grateful to have found them.
Unprofessional. Untrained. Unacceptable business practices. Nobody pays the same price. I brought my new tires to them and they hit me with $250 to install and $20 to dispose of tires, this was manager telling me this. I spoke to chris on the phone and he made it seem like come on in we will take care of you and work it out instead of answering the question of cost. I would have been better off just driving home on my old tread where the air was visible in them. Instead I made the mistake of paying entirely too much for a set of tires to be installed and damaged and the owner doesn’t seem to care. Might want to miss this place when you’re looking for repairs bc you’ll get bent over quick
Most the reviews are his friends and clients he barters for the highest price possible for a discount then for reviews for positive ratings no matter the shotty work possibly performed. Don’t bring your car here you’ll regret it. No business license. No dun and Bradstreet affiliation and top it off, no business insurance. At least not in this name or address there was no ACORD documents found. Nor with the city of mobile either. Choose a licensed and insured tire shop.
