Ms. Alana was absolutely amazing, her professionalism and attention to details was well noted. She explained all the details of the policy and answered my questions pertaining to the policy. Ms. Alana made me feel comfortable by listening to what I was saying and having the answers for me.
I needed to see options on s while life policy and was given my choices and was able to make an informed decision. Angela was most helpful. Would highly recommend thus agency.
I was overall satisfied with Alana. She was very much attentive to my needs and my coverage. She listening to everything I asked. She made sure that she went over my policies to make any changes. She always, always make sure that I'm satisfied with the policy that I'm receiving. He friendly personality makes me feel comfortable talking to her. Angela is awesome I ran her through the ringer we had her quote 2 vehicles one we were 99%sure we had but then it sold out from under us. The other vehicle ended up having mechanical issues and went to auction. I had her give me quotes for a total of like 7 vehicles playing the what if we do this and this for the numbers game.
