This company is excellent. We had trouble with our air conditioning and someone told me what to do to fix it. He was patient and very clear in his explanation. If you need any work done, you won’t be sorry if you use this business. This is the way a business operated when I was young. It is a good feeling to know that honesty is still around.

E&J sales and service is and has always been grade "A". My only issue was with our latest service. The service itself went well as usual. My only complaint was with billing. Our system is still under warranty, however, because we had them add a soft start system at the time of original install, it was not covered under the original system warranty.

Terrible service. Says they sent out an award winning tech to my girlfriends apartment that the ac is not working at. One of the reasons they say it’s not working is it hasn’t rained and ground is warm. Says it’s working fine yet it’s 90 in the apartment and everyone else in the apartment complex has ac. Would think if the cause is no rain wouldn’t all the apartments not have ac? The apartment management company is a joke also as they believe E and J
