A tech came out to my house for less than an hour, he said my geothermal unit needed to be replaced without any troubleshooting, and charged me $180. I had another company come out to get a quote and they pushed in the contactor and it started right up. They replaced the contactor. I will not be using E&J Geothermal at any point in the future, nor will anyone I know if I can help it. A $30 part was bad and they wanted $22,000 for a new unit instead.

Called repeatedly, failed to schedule a time to come out. Called back and they didn't return the call

This company is excellent. We had trouble with our air conditioning and someone told me what to do to fix it. He was patient and very clear in his explanation. If you need any work done, you won’t be sorry if you use this business. This is the way a business operated when I was young. It is a good feeling to know that honesty is still around.

E&J sales and service is and has always been grade "A". My only issue was with our latest service. The service itself went well as usual. My only complaint was with billing. Our system is still under warranty, however, because we had them add a soft start system at the time of original install, it was not covered under the original system warranty.
