My 2nd vehicle to go to E & J & I was NOT disappointed! I'm so excited, just picked up my car & it looks amazing! Even better than it did before the deer hit me! I was alittle discouraged when I made my appt. back in April because they couldn't get to me til July. Now I know why they are so booked up & it was well worth the wait!
I recently relocated to New Bern from Central New York. As I've been getting to know the area more and more it's nice to know I have a superb collision center to go to. E &J did a repair on my pickup and I couldn't be happier with their work. These folks repaired the running board on my Sprinter RV, they did an excellent job, looks like new, done in a timely manner and fair price.

Brought my Accord here after getting rear ended. The damage was pretty extensive. They did a phenomenal job and my car looks better than it did before the accident! They went above and beyond!

Ebbie and his men are simply the best! Company truck buried on the concrete in the median. They were there quickly. Dennis took his time looking at the options and successfully got the truck on his flatbed as gently as possible without doing any additional damage. I can't thank them enough for the great service!
