Dropped car off for weekend stay, was told they'd be done by Monday. Called for three hours straight, nobody answered the phone. How does a 5-star business not answer the phone? Could've paid top dollar and picked it up early. They finally answered our call 10 minutes 'til closing time but we had no means to get there to do so. Wasted a day and gotta wait a week all because someone at front desk can't get off his butt to answer a ****ing phone.
