Worst place, these people are racist especially the marketing manager. The comment stating that, is true!
Purchased an air monitored. After returning item 4 times for same problem (sampling pump was bad each time) was finally told this unit was not made to run for more than 8 continuous hours at a time. When asked for a more specific instructions like how long should it be turned off before restarting back up after the 8 hour run time was up we were given no answers. No where does it say on the sales sheets, instruction manual, website that this machine is only able to run for 8 hours at a time. Buyer Beware!
Awesome service and communication! They have all new staff that have really worked hard on turning things around. My analyzer was shipped back within 5 days. Their service is better and top notch! I will continue to be a loyal customer.
They lost my $1,000 tool I sent in for recalibration, it seems they are out of business or just ignoring my calls. It is a shame that this is my reward for buying from a smaller company. Where are you Jason Esteves?
