I will surely be utilizing EI Electrical services again. Great customer service and promptness from start to finish. Charlie the technician showed up just prior to the scheduled time and was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated from start to finish. Joe on the other end of the phone was just as great! I had a horrible experience with E I Electrical and would not recommend them to anyone. They were late to the job (I get it, some jobs take longer than expected). They admitted to over charging me by $200 and we’re supposed to apply that $200 to future work. Then they never ordered the parts or called back to complete the second service. When I called them several weeks later, Joe refused to give me money back unless I agreed to not leave a bad review. Not even kidding - can’t make it up. Tech JP was awesome! He took time to explain what was wrong and gave us 2 quotes to pick from. Very knowledgeable and personable young man. Also Joe was very helpful and got his tech to come within an hour. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know!
EI Electrical came to my place of business to provide an estimate for a new Service I requested via Google. The EI Electrical technician who came to meet me was so concerned with giving me "Three choices" so I would feel empowered that he just didn't make any sense at all. Not to mention that the wildly over inflated prices they we providing me were inflammatory. Crooks and rude. Do not call or use this company. He was extremely rude from the very first call. Then, when they called back about canceling the service ticket, he said I could not cancel. I never signed anything, and I never agreed to anything verbally. This is not how a reputable business should treat people. If their customer service is this bad before any work is even done, I would not trust them with any service at all. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
