We hired EI for electrical work and were fortunate to have Josiah as our electrician. He was excellent at communicating and was fair and honest with the work being done. He was informative and answered any questions we had as well as made our plans work as efficiently as possibly on the electrical side. He gave me recommendations on lights to buy that ended up being great as well as other advice that was very helpful. Highly recommend giving them a shot. Mahalo Josiah!
Alden’s knowledge, professional , and positive attitude made us feel comfortable as he troubleshooted our issue. He went beyond the normal service call to location our issue and fixed it quickly.
I called EI on Friday afternoon, and work was completed by 12pm the next day. Alden was the electrician, and he was super positive, personable, and easy to work with. Great customer service. We needed to add an outdoor lighting fixture outside our kitchen door. Alden found the most efficient way to do it, picked up the materials, and got the job done quick. EI Electrical has done work for me in the past and i relied on them again for an installation for a 220 outlet. called for an estimate, and they came out the same day, and was willing to perform install the same day. (cutting short) they came the next day promptly at scheduled time. very neat, answered my questions and educated me on things i wasn’t aware of.
