E1 was able to schedule us really quickly. Technician was prompt and changed the three outlets we needed switched out and replaced a box that was coming out of the wall. I needed an electrician to install my new wired Nest video doorbell. EI responded quickly to my Yelp project request and was able to come out the same day to get the job done. JP arrived on time and got the work done quickly. The estimated cost was discussed before the job started, and after completion was lower because of the lesser cost of the supplies used. Excellent! Very good service. Very knowledable and friendly. Always able to answer any of my questions I had. Kept me informed on the process of what they were doing and was very professional in the work they did both with their work and dealing with HECO. Both Michael and Kalani was awesome!!
