These realty companies (using the term loosely here) in nyc need to be held accountable. They continue to break the law and discriminate against source of income. I was told I would receive a call back about a showing I had to contact them 4 times about. I text them an additional two times over the span of a week and when I call today they blocked my number. This is so unprofessional and I will be filing a report with the city. We have to start standing up for ourselves. These companies know exactly what they are doing.

I had a good experience with Agent Shao (Sam) Lin. I was selling my first home and did not know the exact details of how to do so. Sam was very helpful in introducing me to all the policies and the laws in NYC that constrain or help homeowners in selling and renting. Who knew there were so many laws in place. I did not interact with other members of this establishment, but if you are also a new home seller like me, I highly recommend looking for Agent Sam. Thank you Sam for your help! I was interested in purchasing two different properties for sale within a year that were listed with this real estate. Both times the agents were disgustingly rude, and I couldn’t understand why whenever we would go to look at a house together they were nasty. It’s an Asian/Chinese real estate. They did not present either of the offers to the sellers because I was not Chinese. They were ONLY submitting offers to the sellers From Chinese buyers.
