This has been the worst property management experience I’ve encountered. There’s a complete lack of communication and proper notice. Their actions often defy logic, and the numerous negative reviews here reflect the same issues.
The property manager from E&H Property Management responsible for overseeing Windfall has demonstrated substandard performance in my experience. Following a recent conversation with CM, I found his conduct to be highly unprofessional. He attempted to manipulate the situation and deflect responsibility to suit his own perspective.
