We were very happy with the service we received! We had our fireplace cleaned and serviced, and the job was done exceptionally well—it looks brand new. The technician was professional, thorough, and a pleasure to have in our home. Also a huge bonus for being so kind and friendly with our German Shepherd puppy!
FINALLY…. doing this review What started out as the pilot light, turned into more. It was looked after quickly, efficiently and ALL the staff were very helpful. Had new fireplace insert & heat in time for Christmas. Thank you Continue to use your company and would highly recommend.
I will continue to use this company in future. We've tried 2 other HVAC service companies in Barrie that lacked the expertise that Evan has. Evan was able to diagnose the source of the furnace gas leak in less than 1 minute that another HVAC company couldn't in 3 visits. Evan was able to get the replacement part under warranty, replace it quickly, and resolve the gas leak. Fantastic service! They came within a couple of days of calling for maintenance of our propane fireplace.The technician (Jamie) was extremely thorough and did a fabulous job!
