I was quoted 15k to install drywall, plaster exterior and interior walls for a 900 square feet new construction. I paid $ 8,000 deposit (found out later that it is illegal for a contractor to accept a deposit higher than $ 1,000 or 10% ) Eric completed the exterior lath and had drywall installed: 30% of the job done.
