The sales and building process did not go smoothly. We had several issues with miscommunication regarding the basement finishing and fireplace. These issues were ultimately resolved but involved extra work on the part of our realtor. We understood our fireplace to be framed and held outside of our home and be flush to the wall in the interior. It was initially built this way only to be torn off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They bait you in and then raise prices on already overpriced homes. Very questionable business practices and very rude employees.
Do NOT recommend this builder. Terrible build. Terrible customer service. Advertise: Tired of snow removal? Well, we've been waiting 24 hours for our driveway and sidewalks to have snow removed. Right now we are blocked in by the road plow. Contacted builder several times. Deny responsibility. HOA will not answer calls or email. Builder deny responsibility. Never had such a terrible experience.
