Here I am again, posting about this "premiere" Lancaster County builder. It's horrible. Just horrible. I regret our purchase every single day. In under 10 years, all windows failed and had to be replaced, along with the failing slider. 17k in total for that one. The yard grading is another issue. This review is not for the work completed but regarding the preliminary process itself. We had terrible experience working with the Director of Sales, Mr William Patrick (Bill Patrick).We had talked to him in a Zoom meeting on 12/22/2023 for one of the single family homes site at Highland Ridge project in Mechanicsburg but the site we were looking for was offered to someone else so he offered us a different site and we agreed to move forward. Do NOT use this builder. Windows have condensation. Doors and windows are crooked. Worms inside. Snow not removed on driveway/sidewalk. Contacted company multiple times. Denied responsibility. Excuses.
No amount of money can buy back this company’s reputation. Hold onto your wallet, as you will be paying for their mistakes, both on the construction of the home, as well as their manipulation of the HOA. They created HOA fines out of thin air to steal homeowner's hard earned money in order to pay legal fees for the builder's OWN lawyer over a matter concerning several residents.
