Been an absolute nightmare dealing with State Farm and Kirk Leblanc for flood damage on my car. Nobody does what they say there going to do . Everybody is incompetent. Elder lady I was on the phone with was incredibly rude. I was asking a simple question, and she had a major attitude and basically felt like she didn’t even want to be on the phone in the first place. I understand things get busy and there’s things you have to do, but that’s no way to talk to somebody, I was being nice.
