Elder lady I was on the phone with was incredibly rude. I was asking a simple question, and she had a major attitude and basically felt like she didn’t even want to be on the phone in the first place. I understand things get busy and there’s things you have to do, but that’s no way to talk to somebody, I was being nice.
Every time I need to talk to someone here, they are always friendly, polite, and informative. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Eric, Ms. Becky, Ms. Kathy, and Mr. E. G. Warren himself and they have all been great and helpful. Thank you to the team and for your diligent efforts.
