Company appears to have been taken over by “Andrew”. Andrew talks a big talk and very smoothly exaggerates the depth and scope of the job. He implies that a job is a big undertaking, giving details that sound like it will be a multi-day job requiring at least two workers. The price seems high but the job description seems to justify it, until the work is actually done. The multi-day job with multi- workers ends up being a 4 hour, one man job. A total rip off. Stay away from this con man at all cost.
I had water leaking into the (upstairs) main bathroom and adjoining bedroom closet. E. Forrest told me that the vent collar was the issue...period. They installed one vent collar, put some flashing around one chimney, and "said" they checked the rest of the roof and found no issues. They charged me $*****! When the stain started showing up in the closet a few months later, I realized that replacing the vent collar had not been sufficient.to stop the leak. you came out new years day and checked my roof since it was leaking. the next day you did a fix. first good rain the leak was not fixed. you were in FLA for vaca. sent Michael and Sam h***** over. eventually they did fix the roof. so I hired them to repair a bathroom floor, put trim up and remove old sun room and put in a new porch. here is what happen. when repairing the floor in bath Michael cut 6 feet of the main support beam out! the trim in the utility room has two types of trim in it now, which is not how it is done! t... read more
