I had a very disappointing experience at this phone repair store. I paid to replace my cracked iPhone 14 screen using what I was told was an Apple screen. After just three days, the new screen started glitching, so I returned to the store expecting a proper replacement. They refused to replace it and insisted I only pay $65 for labor, which was frustrating and unfair. I later learned that only Apple Stores are authorized to install genuine Apple parts.
