This was an awesome experience.. my phone battery imploded and then was having major issues with spectrum in store and via phone , trying to get a transfer pin , because their only option was to send verification code and transfer pin to my damaged phone..as a last resort, after spending couple hours with customer service spectrum, i went in and Chong (John) helped me.. in an hour phone was working and in mint condition again.. I highly recommend Chong.. he is wise and super smart for his age.. yay
