Craig at E F Gem is amazing & so easy to work with. My fiancée worked with Craig for my engagement ring and it came out beautifully. Craig is very attentive, thoughtful, and really cares about your interests. He asks lots of questions to get to know your preferences and he has a lot of experience so you feel very well taken care of. I highly recommend E F Gem!
I sent it back 3 years ago and Craig returned a check for 1/4th the value. Didn’t even provide a receipt, he’s just content to steal value, with no remorse or customer service skills whatsoever. Don’t recommend at all.
