These guys managed my rental, the report I always got from tenant is that they never fixed things they were asked to fix, and were very hard to deal with. As the owner, they were 'also' very hard to deal with. Everything about their operation is run like it's pre 2000 (hand written checks, snail mail). I don't suggest dealing with them for rental or to manage your rental. Avoid.

Impossible to reach during their stated business hours. Attempted to call every employee, and it seems like the whole business closed up early. Just looking to get information on a pest control situation. They barely gave us any notice, and will not provide any information on who or what is coming into the apartment. No information on potentially harmful chemicals. Stay away.

If I could put a lower review I would. Our house we have been living in for nearly 5 years is molded and has so much water damage the floor in the kitchen has come up. Half of our outlets have never worked, almost none of the vents work, our dishwasher is corroded and broken, they removed a tree they weren’t telling us they were removing and now there’s a hole in our roof and the gutter is falling off and it’s been months. we have put in so many forms asking for things to be fixed and no one ever does.
