If I could put a lower review I would. Our house we have been living in for nearly 5 years is molded and has so much water damage the floor in the kitchen has come up. Half of our outlets have never worked, almost none of the vents work, our dishwasher is corroded and broken, they removed a tree they weren’t telling us they were removing and now there’s a hole in our roof and the gutter is falling off and it’s been months. we have put in so many forms asking for things to be fixed and no one ever does. Unprofessional, I talked to a realter and they said apply and you should be good to go then I get a call the next day saying they actually already booked that place and I can't get a refund. THEY SCAMMED ME
