Was very easy to make appointment. Front desk people were very warm, courteous and welcoming. No waiting- was seen on time. Dr. Oh and Kim were excellent.
I was experiencing severe tooth pain and was referred to Dr. Oh by my regular dentist. I arrived feeling very nervous and anxious, but from the moment I walked in, the kindness and efficiency of the entire staff immediately put me at ease. Dr. Oh took about 30 minutes to carefully explain my condition and the treatment plan. He used computer graphics displayed on a TV screen to clearly show what was happening with my teeth and how the treatment would work.
