Terrible experience. Nora is the one who initiate the conversation in the beginning of the escrow process. We still don't know who is actually assigned to us even when the escrow was closed. All the communication was directly to Nora. We either didn't receive the response or received some different closing numbers to sign without any clarification. if there can be one word to describe the entire experience, it would be "Sloppy".
