When I first met Dr Khalfayan, he was fresh out of residency and his bedside manner was so good. We discussed my torn meniscus. I told him in the beginning that's what I thought it was. Ans when the tests came back, he said enthusiastically YES, you're right. We had a conversation like colleagues. Very big brother. We did the surgery. And in about 1.5 to 2 years I had done it again. This experience was vasty different. He was rude and demeaning. He berated the MA in front of me for absolutely NO reason. Leaving her in tears.... read more
A warm and inviting office with a team that was polite, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to explain several different options, answered my questions, and made sure I understood each one. Together, we decided on the best course of treatment for me. I really appreciated feeling heard, informed, and included in the decision-making process. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive care.
