Dated facility. Conscientious management. Great Maintenance Staff. No longer 55 and older. HUD has opened to a newer class of residents. Many younger. In any larger community this Facility would be considered a bargain. New Windows. Recently upgraded facilities.Problems are dealt with promptly by the Management, the Maintenance personnel or the Elmira Police Department.
Worst place to be
I'd rather live in a used casket than to live here.
