Keep this short. My daughter brought her car in to have snow tires mounted and we found out that they are not the right size for her car. I had bought them last year for her, had them mounted and then taken off after winter no one here in NJ even noticed. Dennis put them on but basically told her it is dangerous as they are too tall and is going to swap them for another set later this week. Their complimentary coffee is the only thing that rivals their exemplary service. Their kind and polite staff turned a would be disaster into an easily tolerable situation. I don't care for spending money but when i have to, I prefer to get my moneys worth, and at E & E I got that and then some.

Two good stories from E&E in the past couple of weeks. First, my wife went to get her snow tires put on. She left home early and got to E&E around 7:00am ... she was first and nobody else was there yet. Eventually others showed up, too. Waiting until opening time at 8. At some point the owner showed up as well. At 8am when the place opened some douche showed up, and walked right in, effectively cutting in line. My daughter moved to VT and went to put her snow tires on that I had bought for her car last year in NJ. When Denis went to install them he realized they were 205/65/16 instead of 205/55/16--the tire guy in NJ had sold me and installed the wrong tires last year in NJ (dangerous). Well in a nutshell Denis insisted that size was not safe, too them in trade (were almost new) against other snows and now my daughter is driving on 4 snows all the correct size. I went in last weekend for a snow tire changeover. Brett identified pretty major damage to my 2 year-old all-season tires. I'm grateful he identified this, and was surprised to learn that other customers get upset when he tells them their tires are too damaged to put back on. I consider this a huge public safety service! I'm seeking a warranty replacement through the manufacturer, but next year I'll be back to E&E for my seasonal changeovers.
