They charged us two flat book rates to replace 2 parts in the very same area (harmonic balancer and lower steering pump hose) so double $$ to gain access and put back together. Totaled $1,600 plus two weeks rental car when they said one day. The story was the mechanic screwed up the only steering pump hose in the city, country, or something - he didn't want to talk about it clearly. They sent it home with a squealing belt and should have known better because I then had to pay another shop $1,100 to replace the steering pump ... read more
