Excellent service from start to finish! Edy was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything before getting started. They hydro-jetted our main sewer line and did a great job removing the buildup and debris that was causing our drainage issues. They offered an appointment the next day, where their very friendly technician came and diagnosed the issue of a failed sump pump. Verbally quoting us $3-5000. However, the sent invoice came out to $9500(!!) and stated they were going to remove the pump and take it to the store to find a replacement. After finding another local plumber, it turns out it was a simple simp pump maintenance and my pump was absolutely fine. Cost less than $300. What a scam. I went to AAA Goforth, for anyone looking
