They offered an appointment the next day, where their very friendly technician came and diagnosed the issue of a failed sump pump. Verbally quoting us $3-5000. However, the sent invoice came out to $9500(!!) and stated they were going to remove the pump and take it to the store to find a replacement. After finding another local plumber, it turns out it was a simple simp pump maintenance and my pump was absolutely fine. Cost less than $300. What a scam. I went to AAA Goforth, for anyone looking
