I would give this place ZERO STARS! She screwed me when she appraised our home for a potential buyer. She under appraised our home because of mathematical errors on the paperwork along with using comps that were no where near equivalent to our home. We paid to have two other appraisals done and she cut the value to our home by about $30k. These other appraisers were stunned by her errors.
