Zero stars. Do not sell gold to these people. They tried the oldest trick in the book on me. The price they gave me per gram was right but they were buying it by the penny weight. So I took my gold one block down the street to biltmore loans and got a price from them. The difference in price was $300.00. I never thought a store like ed Marshall would stoop to a pawn shop level. Never again will I step back into that store. Be careful.
You people are rude been trying to speak to a manager for 5 days and he hasn’t even reached out to see what the problem is. They just don’t care
