I love this place! They have the best jewelry Completely upscale place with very, very friendly people who work there. Also, very helpful and knowledgable. They have, hands down, the best watch selection in the valley. The best high-end watches, and the best jewelry. It has a watch store attached to it. They are not overpriced and my husband is very happy with his watch and I love the earrings he got me from there. Highly recommended! Much better than any of those mass-market places around the mall that rip you off.

I have led customer service operations for over 20 years, working for some of the most customer-centric companies in the world. I rarely write reviews but Eric Marshall, at the Tempe location was a total professional and exceptional educator. The pricing and quality of the products were excellent. I can not recommend a better place to begin your jewelry buying experience.

Best jeweler ever! They've always taken great care of my antique jewelry, gone above and beyond with customer service and they have the most unique and artistic jewelry selection! I highly recommend them!

Zero stars. Do not sell gold to these people. They tried the oldest trick in the book on me. The price they gave me per gram was right but they were buying it by the penny weight. So I took my gold one block down the street to biltmore loans and got a price from them. The difference in price was $300.00. I never thought a store like ed Marshall would stoop to a pawn shop level. Never again will I step back into that store. Be careful.

Fix you scale for gold, you appraiser was giving me price for my gold watch for one ounce, when watch wait was 4.5 ounces , I am glad I did not sell it to him ,it just did not sound write, it was you location in Tempe and insult me on my diamond rings a had ,he sad it was crappy diamonds in them ,he would not even make an offer

0 STARS. Why does this dump receive so much publicity on D-Backs - oh I know, Jody Jackson’s free jewelry. Well, a few years ago I won 8th Prize in the St. Joe’s Children’s Health and Welfare raffle. Would rather have won 9th Prize, Cardinals season tickets. Anyway, it was a $3,000 50+ diamond Mother of Pearl watch. Found exact watch online for $2,995.
