These crooked clowns have had my Omega watch for over 90 days to repair a loose hour hand ( that was the conclusion by their employee when I gave it to them). I called “ Nick “ after hearing nothing for 45 days and he spewed something about “ oiling “ my watch which has been worn no more than 30 times. Former airline and Boeing senior executive….we completed total A-Z repairs/ overhauls on B747s, including engines , in less time. Zero stars. Do not sell gold to these people. They tried the oldest trick in the book on me. The price they gave me per gram was right but they were buying it by the penny weight. So I took my gold one block down the street to biltmore loans and got a price from them. The difference in price was $300.00. I never thought a store like ed Marshall would stoop to a pawn shop level. Never again will I step back into that store. Be careful.
