I was driving my friends mobility vehicle and looking for a safe, level spot to park while we visited Jambrewzle. The owners came out and directed us to a perfect spot in their lot. Although this has nothing to do with their HVAC business it does speak volumes on their kindness and character.
Highly recommend! My AC unit broke during a long stretch of 90 degree weather. A previous customer of E & D highly recommended them. Within 2 hours, the owners of this company were at my house and ready to work. They gave me the best options. They found that my furnace needed replaced (it was old!) and the VERY NEXT DAY my ac unit was up and running. We were extremely satisfied with E&D installing our brand new geo thermal furnace. It was a retro fit from our existing furnace and they did a phenomenal job. Neil and his team were very professional, timely in finishing the job, and answered all our questions. They use only the best equipment that has a proven track record. We feel very confident in passing their name onto anyone needing their services. You will not be disappointed!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I had E&D install a geothermal unit in my home, they answered any question or concern I had through the whole process, I am very satisfied with their professionalism and willingness to work with me, especially since I chose to do the excavating myself. After a few uncontrollable delays, they showed up the day after Christmas, worked in extremely muddy conditions at the bottom of the ditch and they got the job done!
Completed a warranty repair issue. Furnace is now working efficiently. Courteous and knowledgeable.
