Always professional staff and very helpful and knowledgeable
Very disappointed with the way I have been treated by Dr Koon and his team. My first appointment was scheduled at x time, i arrived on time, i waited over 2 hrs to see him. When i asked how much longer I was given attitude by the ladies at the front. Once he finally came in him and his team were not very nice because I brought up the amount of time I had been waiting. This appointment, once all said and done, took 4 hours when I was told it would only take 1 hr. I lost out in a half a day of work, this is big given being out... read more
From the initial appointment with Dr Koon, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. He answered every question I had. He is very thorough at each appointment. From first consultation to follow up visits after surgery. I am so thankful he was and is my oncologist provider. He is amazing!
I believe he knows his business (very skillful), but also listens to his patients. He and his staff are friendly and professional.🩷
