I can't thank Coach Ebony enough for the support. I started from pain (lower back L4 and 5). I was taking muscles relaxers and steroids for pain before starting the classes and during the first few weeks. But after those few weeks, I noticed that the pain was less and less and I no longer needed the pharmaceuticals. So thank you for coaching me and providing alternatives when I couldn't do certain movements.
E Class Fit Club has done wonders in my life. I am not only noticing changes physically but I feel better. My trainer Ebony is one of the best. Not only does she know what she is doing to improve her clients mental and physical health, but she also cares. And this speaks volumes!
