I was very happy with this place. I went in with trouble breathing and it went bad fast as soon as I arrived. They got me in a room immediately and the doctor was there right away. He had a very calm demeanor and assessed the situation, while making me feel like he respected my opinion and knowledge. He had to give me the bad news that I was very sick with dangerous blood sugar and ketone levels and I became very emotional because I've worked so hard to fight genetics. Love this place! Both my mother and I have used them, and each time we received excellent care. Very fast service, the rooms are large and clean and even have a TV in them. The staff was caring and listened to me and didn't hurry . I have recommended E-Care Coppell on our local FB website so others in town looking for a great place will know where to go. And they accept Medicare for anyone wondering.
Outstanding very professional staff / they got me in and out no waiting time / friendly I go there everytime I get sick , because the doctors are great and nurses and the front desk people care about why you are coming in and figure out what is the problem with you and your out of there fast. Quick, professional, and gave me the care I needed. They are thorough in their examination and have great customer service. When you feel like you're dying from a UTI, it's great to feel like you're in capable hands.

We were vacationing from another state when my daughter needed to be seen. When we entered the facility we were greeted with a smile and brought back to be seen in a timely manner. The staff from RN down to the billing clerk were fantastic! Super friendly and put my daughter at ease while initiating an IV. Went today for a minor issue. Dr Oliver quickly assessed me and addressed the problem. In addition I had a problem at the pharmacy, Dr Oliver personally got on the phone and got it resolved personally.
I was a patient here about a month ago for urgent care services. I had a great experience all around, from the time I walked through the doors until after I left the parking lot. Receptionist was friendly and helpful with my insurance. The nurses were kind and caring, and I could tell they really loved their job! Dr. Lapporte was excellent. He was easy to talk to and I know I will feel comfortable seeing him again should I need ER/urgent care services.
