Jay replaced my AC and Furnace. Very professional. Came out 2 days after calling to get an estimate. I had the estimate in my email and hour after he came to the house. Came out a few days later to install everything. I highly recommend E.C Merrill. I called several companies to do the service and after they did the initial visit they ghosted me afterwards.
It was the day before the 4th of July and the AC stopped working. We panicked since most business have this day off with the actual holiday being on a Saturday. No worries necessary! Jay came out to the house within 30 minutes and had us back up and running in no time! Super nice and excellent service. Would recommend E.C. Merrill for sure!
We have a boiler in our home and we had such a hard time finding someone to work on it. We found Jay and I’m so glad we did. He is so knowledgeable and really took the time to walk us through the system and how it works. He was also able to fix the issue we had with the boiler and showed us what to do in the future. His office staff is incredible as well.
A/C went out this last hot stretch. Brian came out within a half hour of me calling. They sure did not need to attempt to fix the inefficient dinosaur that is my a/c unit, but knowing the forecast they did! Meanwhile, they patiently explained all my options for new. Pleasure to work with all of E.C. Merril; Brian he is a hard worker (outside when it's 90!), courteous, patient, cleans up after the work is done and makes sure I know what's going on.
