If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for my wife's birthday. The night before, I received an email saying they were delivered at 3 AM, which seemed strange. There were no flowers to be found. I called several times throughout the day and left messages on the voicemail because no one answered.
